MSIPME 8-700,an eight headed, continuous rotary system designed specifically with egg carton production in mind. The system is engineered to have a nominal 54 x 16” (1400mm x 500mm)  platen and can accommodate a max forming die of 52.5 X 14” X 5” deep. Capable of 80 drops per minute with a production rate of up to 30 tons a day of dry material make it a natural choice for investment. The robust design and state of the art technology offers the end user unprecedented uptime and throughput delivering a quality, repeatable product for the market. All wetted components are stainless steel and are available with the features and options of the MSIPME 4-350

The MSIPME-TF-65 thermoforming machine is a compact, robust and repeatable machine. It is designed to produce a through put of up to 65 KG dry weight per hour. Operating at 5 DPM, the system nominally produces 17 million parts per year (pending product weight). The design of the thermoforming system is configured around an innovative four head rotary concept and each platen is 36”x 20” (915mm x 500mm). This unique configuration allows the moulding and drying process to reside in a small footprint of approximately, 4 meters x 4 meters and stands about 2.3 meters from the floor. This system is perfect for low volume production of type 2 products with your local packaging market, and can be customized to meet your needs.

The MSIPME-TF-100 thermoforming machine is a compact, robust and repeatable machine. It is designed to produce a through put of up to 100 KG dry weight per hour. Operating at 5 DPM, the system nominally produces 25 million parts per year (pending product weight). The design of the thermoforming system is configured around an innovative four head rotary concept and each platen is 48”x 20” (1200mm x 500mm . This unique configuration allows the moulding and drying process to reside in a small footprint of approximately, 4 meters x 4 meters and stands about 2.3 meters from the floor. This system is perfectly suited for fruit trays, meat trays, cooked food containers, microwavable packaging and all other thermoformed plastic-like applications.
